We hope you enjoy browsing our travel website and that it gives you information & inspiration for your next adventure. Our site is still fairly new and continues to be a “work in progress”, so please keep checking our “What’s New” menu for links to any new travel blogs.
Note that this site mainly features “DIY” trips where a reasonable amount of exploring or travelling was involved, and for the most part (with a few exceptions), we will not be including web pages on “package” style holidays. We have done several excellent packaged holidays with Exodus and Voyages Jules Verne that have involved a lot of travelling (such as China, Patagonia, Indochine, Borneo and Africa overland), but as the planning was all done for us, we will not be featuring these as informative web pages, but instead as “Photo Journeys”. We have also done many fantastic “DIY” trips (such as USA West Coast national parks, New England / Nova Scotia in autumn, the Canadian Rockies and South Africa’s Garden Route) which were simply too long ago to be able to recall enough useful details to write about, so again these will be featured under “Photo Journeys”.
